Shipping
All Khelna pieces are in stock and ready to ship. Orders are processed and shipped from Vancouver within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
We ship worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees charged on arrival.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn with tags attached. Return shipping is covered by the customer.
To start a return, email info@khelna.ca with your order number and a quick reason (didn't fit, didn't like the fabric, changed your mind, etc.). We'll send you the return address and walk you through the rest.
Once we receive the item, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges right now. The fastest way to swap a piece is to place a new order for what you want, then return the original. Your new piece will ship right away.
Damaged or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged or we sent the wrong piece, email info@khelna.ca within 7 days of delivery. We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement.
