What is the return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn with tags attached. Return shipping is covered by the customer.
To start a return, email info@khelna.ca with your order number and a quick reason (didn't fit, didn't like the fabric, changed your mind, etc.). We'll take it from there.
When will I get my order?
Orders ship within 1-2 business days from Canada. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. You'll see exact rates at checkout.
Customers are responsible for any duties or import fees charged on arrival.
Where are your products made?
Designed and tested in Vancouver, manufactured in China at partner factories.
We've flown out, met the teams, walked the floors, and made sure they meet our standards on both experience and working conditions.
I'm not really an athlete. Is Khelna for me?
Yes! We design gear that helps you play in comfort, whether that's on a mountain, a rainy trail, or a pickup game on a hot summer day.
